Step 2
When you arrive we will be set up and ready for you. Each session will have an engineer there to help run your session and make sure everything looks and sounds perfect!
Step 3
Once your session is over, we will upload the video and audio for delivery. You’ll receive a link and the files will be ready for you to download.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you confirm a booking, you reserve dedicated space, time, and staff. We do not double-book or resell that time. To ensure a fair balance between flexibility for clients and the operational needs of our studio, the following policies apply:

By booking a session through our website or any affiliated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you confirm a booking, you reserve dedicated space, time, and staff. We do not double-book or resell that time. To ensure a fair balance between flexibility for clients and the operational needs of our studio, the following policies apply:

You may cancel, reschedule, or edit your session through our website up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours before your session, please contact our team directly. Reschedules are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.
3. Studio Hours & After-Hours Booking
Our standard operating hours are by appointment M-F from 9AM-8PM. Bookings outside these hours, including weekends and public holidays, are available by request only and incur a 20% surcharge on recording time.

4. Turnaround Times
We aim to deliver high-quality work on time:

Standard edited podcast episodes: Delivered within 2 business days of recording.

Highlight clips (up to 3): Delivered within an additional 2 business days after full episode approval.
First-time clients may experience slightly longer delivery times as we align your style and build your editing template. Timely feedback helps us stay on schedule.
5. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all recorded and edited content produced during your sessions at MN Podcast & Content Studio.
We do not claim, retain, or license any rights to your audio or video content. You may, at your discretion, grant us written permission to use specific clips for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website, social media). Such permissions are optional and revocable at any time.
6. Client Responsibilities

Arrive on time for your scheduled session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival.

Provide necessary files, scripts, or brand assets in advance.

Use the space respectfully—no illegal or disruptive activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
MN Podcast & Content Studio is not responsible for delays caused by client tardiness, equipment failure, weather, or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service for any reason, including policy violations, disruptive behavior, or misuse of our facilities.

If requested, we can provide isolated files from each camera, we just ask that you bring in a Samsung t5 or Samsung t7 SSD
For general content, we will provide the raw files from each camera recording.
